Must be made online through our website www.northolme.com. When booking a 25% non-refundable deposit will be due, on receiving the deposit we will confirm the booking by email and letter.

Must be made online through our website www.northolme.com. The remainder of the payment balance will be due 8 weeks before the start date for your stay.

Bookings made 8 weeks or less before the start date for your stay will require payment for the full amount at the time of booking.

We shall send the address details, directions and GPS details for Northolme Hall once we receive the payment balance in full.

Details of key collection will be be sent once the payment balance is received in full.

The changeover day for Northolme Hall is Friday, on the day of arrival the house will be available from 4PM and on the day of departure we ask that you to vacate the house by 10AM. This allows us to thoroughly clean the hall, and carryout any maintenance before the arrival of the next guests.

Will be provided for all guests with the exception of cots, we ask that you bring your own bedding for infants staying in the cots.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you require the travel cot or high chair and we will ensure they are setup for your arrival.

Northolme Hall has gated parking for multiple cars.

Due to the age of the house we unfortunately have not been able to modify the access to the house and it’s rooms. This makes it extremely challenging for those with mobility limitations. However we would be more than happy to discuss further by phone or email the layout and facilities of the house to help make your decision on suitability before booking.
